Is It Possible to Prevent Infection? Although no company is flawless, data suggests that Johnson & Johnson is less effective than Pfizer or Moderna. Pfizer is said to be less than 50% effective in Israel, but other research suggest it is more than 70% effective. I'm afraid I can't comment on Moderna. In either case, remain tuned.

Is it possible to avoid hospitalization and death? This appears to be something that all 3 of them excel at. Non-vaccinated people account for nearly all new hospital admissions from the delta variety.
